Satellites have some scratch shows of work in progress on Monday 8th, Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th June. All the shows start at 2pm and will be followed by cuppas and cake. Let us know if you want to come along :)

Help us to feed community spirit at The Big Lunch on Tuesday 9th June

We'd like to invite you to our Big Lunch event on Tuesday 9th June at Headway ArtSpace.

After the great success of our European Lunch last year, we felt it would be great to get our local community together for some good food and good company. The Big Lunch will be a great opportunity to network and meet new people living and working in Blyth. And maybe we can come up with some ideas of how we tackle some of the challenges that our community faces!

All you have to do is bring some food (and some friends) to share from 1.00 – 2.30 pm.

The Door into Tomorrow - photos

Mismatch performed their show "The Door into Tomorrow" on Thursday 22nd August 2013.

Mismatch are a diverse group of unemployed artists from Blyth who have come together to be creative and experimental. The result is 'The Door Into Tomorrow' - a 30 minute multimedia performance exploring hopes, dreams, frustration and dejection.

A Christmas Carol

Headway Arts proudly present Seven Stars in A Christmas Carol.


Available to venues, community centres and schools from 5th December 2011.

There is no charge for the show but we welcome a donation towards travel costs.

As well as private performances, the show will be performed at:

Alnwick Gardens (date to be confirmed)
Headway Arts' Annual General Meeting (5-7pm) on 19th December. (Blyth venue to be confirmed.)

A 15 minute preview will be performed at the at the Sage, Gateshead, as part of the International Day of Disabled People on 15th December.
