POP UP BOOKS! Stories from the Sea with Headway Arts!

Have fun making colourful pop up books inspired by maritime stories such as Moby Dick and the Little Mermaid, including making your own stories inspired by the beach.
For ages 6-12 - All children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

There are 15 places for each workshop - so book your session as soon as possible.

Random Young People's Creative Workshops with Headway Arts

Monday 13th August
Masquerade - design masks inspired by carnivals, clowns & your own characters.

Tuesday 14th August
Puppetmakers - invent puppet characters using recycled & colourful materials & bring them to life in a short play.

Thursday 16th August
Lights Camera Action - Make a movie in day. Join the company to act, script, direct & film.

You might like to bring along drinks & a snack for break time.

All sessions are for 9 to 18 year olds and run from 10am to 1pm at St Cuthbert's Church Hall, Plessey Rd, Blyth.

Wednesday 15th August - Drop-in workshop
City of Sand - no booking required. Help us make a fantastical sand sculpture city on Blyth beach. Dress warm. Bring a bucket & spade & maybe a towel.
(Please note this is a public place, Headway Arts can't be responsible for the whereabouts of children & young people.)
